How long does shipping take?

All of our shirts are made to order. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships out.

ESSENTIALS: Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before shipment.

HVYBOX: Please allow 5-10 business days for order processing before shipment.

Shipping Times:
USA: About 1-5 business days
Canada: About 10-15 business days
International: About 10-30 business days

Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs or duties fees based on your country's regulations. LOSTandSOLO is not responsible for these additional charges.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

We accept returns. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

How do I Initiate a Return or Exchange?

  1. Please reach out to us via our Contact Us page or message us on Instagram @lostandsolo with your order number and request.
  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. You are responsible for shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll ship out the replacement item and send you tracking information. If it's a return only, we will issue your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
